Budar Group, an Allstate insurance agency in Kailua Kona owned by Steve Budar, was overwhelmed by paper storage—at one point occupying two rows of four‑drawer filing cabinets and then filling a double‑capacity system—while managing 5,000+ commercial and consumer accounts and years of retention requirements.
