Trend Micro goes with DocsCorp to minimize errors and leaks when comparing and sharing HR contracts

Trend Micro, a global leader in IT security, engaged DocsCorp to solve a persistent HR problem: manually comparing and securely sharing employment contracts with external law firms and recruitment agencies. The HR team selected DocsCorp’s compareDocs and cleanDocs after demonstrations showed the potential to replace error-prone visual comparisons and to prevent metadata leaks when documents are emailed.

DocsCorp implemented compareDocs to produce accurate redlines or track-change reports across Word, PDF and scanned documents and deployed cleanDocs to automatically strip over 100 types of metadata at sub-second speeds and enforce email-cleaning policies. The result was a streamlined, single-click review process that eliminated manual checking, caught all document changes, prevented inadvertent disclosure of sensitive information, and saved significant time for Trend Micro’s HR team.
