Kaufman & Canoles, a large Virginia-based law firm, was struggling with unreliable document comparison and PDF tools that froze and crashed despite running 50–75 comparisons daily—hurting productivity and morale. DocsCorp implemented compareDocs for fast, accurate Word-to-Word and native PDF comparisons integrated with iManage, and supplied pdfDocs and formFiller for PDF management and form handling. The solution eliminated crashes, streamlined review workflows with side-by-side comparisons and Word-based redlines, sped up creation of closings and deal books using pdfDocs’ Binder, reduced administrative work and data-entry errors, and materially improved firm-wide productivity.
