North Queensland Insurance Brokers, a regional Australian broker since 1986, faced a paper‑heavy, manual renewal‑checking workflow that required printing, annotating and rescanning documents to spot year‑on‑year changes. To digitize the process, reduce paper and find a cost‑effective, easy‑to‑use comparison tool, NQIB evaluated options and selected DocsCorp’s compareDocs.
DocsCorp deployed compareDocs in a short pilot (three users for one week) and then rolled it out to processing and broking staff; the software generates clear redline reports that highlight wording, number and term changes so renewals are checked faster and more accurately. As a result of DocsCorp’s solution, NQIB now uses compareDocs for all electronic renewals and has drastically reduced paper waste while streamlining the renewal‑checking process.
