Swansea Council’s legal team faced an inefficient, paper‑heavy process for preparing Child Care case bundles—spending up to 37 hours 50 minutes per case on manual editing, redaction with marker pens, photocopying and postal distribution. To digitise bundling, standardise styles and enable secure electronic redaction and delivery, they selected DocsCorp’s pdfDocs solution.

DocsCorp implemented pdfDocs to create, collate, edit, redact and distribute electronic Binders (sent via the Council’s ShareFile portal), delivering consistent navigation, secure redaction and fast electronic delivery. The result: bundling time fell from 37:50 to 17:23 (more than 20 hours saved), up to 15 hours saved per lawyer each week, quicker client delivery, and a major reduction in paper use—improving efficiency and protecting sensitive information.
