He was already using DocsCorp pdfDocs and compareDocs and in 2014 chose DocsCorp’s cleanDocs to replace Payne’s Metadata Assistant so his small firm could afford enterprise-grade metadata management and maintain a single, familiar vendor interface.

DocsCorp implemented cleanDocs—a binary-level, multi‑threaded metadata cleaner (supporting 4–32 CPU cores) that removes more than 100 metadata types in microseconds and includes Desktop and Mobile modules with Sent Items synchronization and a “clean and send” PDF conversion feature. The result for Kang P.C. was sub-second cleaning that eliminated bottlenecks, reduced learning curves, saved significant time on PDF conversion, prevented accidental information leaks, and ensured regulatory compliance while lowering financial and reputational risk.
