Strauss Coffee, one of the top 10 coffee companies in the world, needed a better way to manage a large volume of distributor contract renewals, related paperwork, and approvals across multiple departments. Before working with DocProcess, contract work was time-consuming, repetitive, and heavily dependent on the legal team, with frequent drafts, limited visibility, and manual tracking of deadlines and disputes. The vendor solution used included DxContract and DxArchive.

DocProcess implemented DxContract with custom workflows, templates, validation, notifications, supplier rating, and electronic archiving to streamline contract creation, approval, and tracking. The result was a major reduction in workload and errors: legal review time dropped from 3 hours to 15 minutes, drafts were reduced from 3–4 to just 1, and Strauss Coffee gained better visibility through audit trails, milestone alerts, and real-time reporting.
