Gappless implemented Docmosis, starting with Docmosis Cloud for its rich templating features and REST API. They later migrated to the on-premise Docmosis-Java to significantly improve the speed of generating image-intensive documents and to better handle scaling. The solution gave their users full control over report design using Microsoft Word templates. This customizability became a key product benefit, and the upgrade to a multi-threaded Docmosis-Java edition enabled them to efficiently handle peak loads of over 1,000 documents per day, ensuring fast acceptance and payment for their clients' construction projects.
