UN Global Compact Academy + Docebo Scaling ESG training programs and advancing sustainable strategies

The UN Global Compact Academy, the UN’s corporate sustainability learning arm, needed to scale ESG training for a broad, global audience—17,000 participating companies with employees across industries, functions and seniority levels—while breaking down siloed data, tracking progress, and making short, actionable learning widely accessible to drive company-wide behavior change.

Working with Docebo, the Academy launched a bespoke digital learning platform that curates short modules and multi-step learning journeys, matches content by industry, geography and company size, and combines interactive e‑learning with live sessions. By 2023 the platform supported unlimited access for all 17,000 companies, reached 35,000 users (and over 130,000 course registrations/completions), spanned 180+ countries, centralized data for better transparency and reporting, and enabled companies to deliver ESG training at scale to advance the UN Global Compact’s goals.
