Thomson Reuters’ IP & Science division, a global provider of business and professional information, needed a way to train and rapidly update its dispersed sales force across six continents and more than 20 languages. Their small in‑house training team was stretched by time-zone scheduling, and the existing LMS was too rigid, so they sought a customizable, mobile-compliant platform that could be implemented quickly and support multilingual, self-paced and blended learning.
