Sunquest Information Systems is a global provider of diagnostic informatics and laboratory software that needed a scalable way to deliver high-quality, standardized training as its product portfolio and client mix expanded. Growing regulatory pressure and shrinking lab resources made it impractical for Sunquest’s training team to manage thousands of users and deliver repeated live sessions, so the company sought a solution to retain clients, reduce preventable losses, and lessen subject-matter-expert (SME) burden while opening new revenue channels.
In 2018 Sunquest launched its iMentor program on the Docebo Learning Platform (Learn LMS, Extended Enterprise, E‑Commerce), consolidating virtual and self‑directed workshops into a single environment and enabling pay‑per‑course access and separate portals for non‑traditional users. Usability and catalog improvements boosted discoverability and engagement; the shift from live webinars to on‑demand workshops cut SME facilitation by 196 hours, increased ROI by more than 20%, grew self‑paced workshops ~500%, and helped eliminate preventable client terminations since July 2017.
