A Docebo Case Study
BAC Credomatic, a leading Central American bank with more than 21,000 employees across six countries, sought to scale and modernize its corporate training by increasing learner adoption and engagement. The company needed a central digital repository to manage video-rich content, decentralize training ownership away from HR, and make virtual learning a consistent, effective part of its development strategy.
After a six-month pilot in Honduras, BAC Credomatic implemented the Docebo Learning Platform, certified 100 regional trainers, and launched an Instructional Design for Virtual Environments program to ensure consistent, effective course design. The platform now supports 19,000 monthly users with a 95% monthly active-user rate, cut onboarding time and costs through blended learning, shifted from 73% on-site to a 50/50 virtual–onsite mix (with a 60% digital target), and enabled microlearning that accelerated branch employee ramp-up.
