SAME DEUTZ‑FAHR (SDF) is a global leader in tractors, harvesters and farm machinery with a sales and service network spanning 15 subsidiaries, 141 importers and over 3,000 dealers. SDF Academy faced the challenge of keeping that dispersed network up to date on product and technical knowledge, standardizing training across markets and languages, and gaining clear, actionable reporting and KPIs to segment dealer performance and learning needs.

To address this, SDF adopted the Docebo Premium e‑learning platform and launched a blended learning strategy combining instructor‑led and online courses, a multilingual course catalogue, and a Train‑the‑Trainer program. The platform enabled multimedia, gamified instructional design and robust reporting, leading to high usage and completion rates, faster creation of targeted courses, better strategic management of training and sales/service data, and improved product expertise across the global sales network.
