Rexel, a global distributor of electrical equipment present in around 20 countries with 27,000+ employees, faced rapid technological and environmental change, shifting workforce demographics and disruption in the distribution sector. The company needed to accelerate skills development and build a sustainable self-learning culture while harmonizing training across diverse countries, decommissioning legacy systems in four months, migrating content at scale and securing local team buy-in.

Rexel launched Skill UP, By Rexel Learning Hub on the Docebo platform after a structured 4‑month tender and 4‑month deployment process with 50+ workshops; the centralized, customizable LMS uses personalized learning paths, gamification, leader engagement and robust analytics. In year one the hub delivered 258,000 course completions, 23,000 active users (87% engagement), 44% of connections in the first month and 19 countries onboarded, with plans to add AI-driven personalization and new modules.
