Rexel, a global distributor of electrical equipment, faced the challenge of rapidly upskilling its 27,000 employees across 20 countries to adapt to technological, environmental, and demographic changes. The company needed to harmonize diverse training practices, decommission old systems quickly, and mobilize local teams. To address this, Rexel selected the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) to power its new learning platform.
Using Docebo, Rexel launched the Skill UP platform, which featured personalized learning paths, gamification, and strong leadership engagement. The results were highly successful, with the platform achieving an 87% engagement rate, 23,000 active users, and over 258,000 courses completed in its first year.
