A Docebo Case Study

Moving to online training will have us saving £600,000 by 2021

Citizens Advice, a UK non-profit, tasked a 25‑member learning team with transforming a costly, fragmented training offer that generated poor feedback and lacked reporting or completion tracking. The organisation launched the “Improving Learning” project to move from face‑to‑face and scattered intranet content to a single, digital‑first platform.

By adopting Docebo, Citizens Advice created a sustainable, scalable learning hub that improved access and measurability: £244,000 saved since April 2019 (projected £600,000 by March 2021), 71% of staff and volunteers claimed accounts since April 2020, 27% monthly active users, 141,924 enrollments (+123%) and 65,262 completions (+121%) since Sept 25, 2020. The team reports high engagement and is expanding functionality, including webinar and Zoom integration.
