Módulo Security Solutions, a Rio de Janeiro–based information security and smart cities firm serving clients on four continents, needed a scalable learning environment to support distance certifications and blended training for clients and staff. Moving away from an outsourced Moodle setup, the company aimed to insource its training platform and turn it into a service offering for exams, recruitment tests and client licensing programs.

Módulo implemented Docebo—starting with one instance and migrating to two to separate Security Officer and Módulo Risk Manager courses—enabling flexible course grouping by client or track. The new platform delivered improved customer satisfaction, better management control and greater internal efficiency.
