How The Brompton Academy Is Supercharging The Company’s Growth

Brompton Bicycle, the London maker of the iconic folding bike producing over 45,000 bikes a year, needed a scalable way to train 1,500 dealers across 48 countries in 11 languages and to onboard factory staff—tasks that were impractical and costly to deliver in person. Limited travel time, high expenses, and the need to deliver six hours of training content per dealer made a traditional instructor‑led approach unworkable.

Brompton implemented Docebo as an external dealer academy and an internal onboarding platform, using automated workflows, AI-powered recommendations, and video/interactive content to deliver learning on demand. The program now supports 1,600 users, drives higher dealer knowledge and sales, reduces seller–customer service touchpoints and travel costs, boosts factory output, and achieves about 94–95% learner satisfaction with an average session time of 55 minutes.
