IGA Coca-Cola Institute, a global people development organization supported by The Coca-Cola Company, needed a scalable way to deliver customized training to food retailers around the world. Using the Docebo learning platform, the Institute was able to move beyond a standard LMS approach and create tailored learning experiences for more than 10,000 independent grocers and over 247,000 learners.

Docebo’s Extended Enterprise capabilities enabled IGA Coca-Cola Institute to launch unique branded portals, manage multiple learning projects in one system, and support clients with their own corporate universities. With Docebo, the Institute grew to 37 corporate universities, nearly doubled course completions from 118,887 in 2015 to 204,117 in 2019, and saw mobile app usage rise 69% on smartphones and 30% on tablets.
