How Apchq is Building a More Modern, Efficient Training Program for its Members

APCHQ is a Quebec association serving 17,000+ construction and renovation businesses through 14 regional offices. The organization needed to centralize and modernize fragmented regional training activities—most of which were instructor-led and managed by phone or in person—while preserving regional autonomy and preparing to offer more eLearning options.

APCHQ implemented Docebo’s LMS with PayPal ecommerce and shared administrative roles, letting regions manage local classroom courses while the head office runs a central eLearning catalog. The platform delivered a user-friendly enrollment and payment experience, moved about 50% of regional and 85% of head-office enrollments online, cut administrative workload, increased training capacity, and positioned APCHQ to scale for future demand and regulatory changes.
