Northern Norway Regional Health Authority (Helse Nord RHF) manages public hospitals across five independent trusts serving northern Norway and Svalbard. Faced with the need for consistent, documented staff training across a large, complex organization, the authority sought a flexible, scalable e‑learning platform that required minimal customization and fit budget constraints.

Docebo’s LMS was adopted at Nordland Hospital Trust in 2011 and rolled out region‑wide from 2012, expanding from an initial ~4,200 users to a planned ~12,500 users across five trusts. The deployment delivered a mature, intuitive and easily integrated platform that enabled uniform training, documented competencies and scalable e‑learning across the region.
