Amnesty International, the global human rights movement with more than 7 million members and a presence in 200+ countries, needed a flexible, multilingual learning solution to scale Human Rights Education (HRE) worldwide. The organization sought a platform that could deliver online and blended learning, support multiple languages, and provide robust monitoring and reporting to measure impact and ensure data compliance.

Amnesty adopted Docebo in September 2017 to launch the Amnesty Human Rights Academy; the intuitive LMS enabled rapid course creation, multilingual delivery and positive learner experience. Today the Academy offers 30+ courses to over 45,000 learners in six languages, has logged 18,032 learning hours and 2,500+ forum discussions, reached audiences in countries without local Amnesty offices, and supports ongoing language expansion and GDPR-compliant impact monitoring.
