Boulder Crest Foundation launches PTG learning with Docebo, reaching 174 enrollments in months

Boulder Crest Foundation, a nonprofit training veterans and first responders in Posttraumatic Growth, sought to expand its reach beyond in-person programs by creating a scalable digital learning platform. Their challenge was to build an engaging, user-friendly eLearning solution with eCommerce and certification capabilities to serve trauma survivors and licensed mental health clinicians globally. They partnered with the vendor Docebo for their Learning Management System.

The solution implemented with Docebo, developed in collaboration with GuyKat, included two interactive courses with video, workbooks, and quizzes, a tailored certification process, and a personalized learning experience with dedicated homepages. The impact was significant, with the Posttraumatic Growth in Practice course seeing 174 enrollments and 41 completions with a 5-star rating shortly after launch, and the Certification course achieving 120 enrollments and 21 completions in its first three months, effectively scaling the foundation's mission.
