Boosterthon, a Georgia-based turn-key fundraising company with about 600 employees, runs large-scale school fun runs and relies on a mainly Millennial and Gen Z, highly mobile front-line workforce. With staff spread across multiple states and often on the road, the company faced falling standards and inconsistent client experiences unless it could deliver modern, mobile-first, social learning that matched younger employees’ expectations.

Boosterthon implemented Docebo Learn and Coach & Share, using channels, gamification and team-lead “power users” to centralize formal and informal content, encourage contribution, and reduce travel for training. The platform now attracts roughly 250 active users per month, has democratized learning into everyday culture, improved engagement and field feedback, and set the company on a path toward continuous learning and better customer service.
