Beyond PTSD Making Posttraumatic Growth Accessible Through Digital Learning

Boulder Crest Foundation, a nonprofit focused on helping veterans, military personnel, first responders, and clinicians thrive after trauma, needed a way to expand its Posttraumatic Growth programs beyond in-person delivery. With Docebo as its learning platform, Boulder Crest aimed to create accessible online training that could support broader reach, better learner engagement, and measurable outcomes for its PTG-based education offerings.

Docebo, alongside GuyKat, implemented two custom eLearning programs: Posttraumatic Growth in Practice and Posttraumatic Growth Certification, complete with interactive content, quizzes, downloadable resources, tailored enrollment controls, and personalized learning paths. The results were strong, with 174 enrollments and 41 completions for PTG in Practice in the first few months, plus 120 enrollments and 21 completions for the certification course in the first three months, helping Boulder Crest scale its mission and deliver a more accessible, high-quality learning experience.
