UORDERIT, an Australian B2B platform for sourcing technology companies, was struggling to establish a reliable, secure, and scalable AWS cloud platform for its MVP launch. The challenge involved controlling cloud costs and accelerating feature releases while coordinating on-shore and off-shore development teams. They engaged DNX Solutions to implement a future-proof platform based on AWS Well-Architected principles.

DNX Solutions implemented a multi-phase solution using infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, established CI/CD pipelines, and migrated applications to ECS with blue/green deployments. This was followed by a serverless transformation using AWS Amplify, API Gateway, and Lambda. The project was delivered in under a month, enabling UORDERIT to achieve its goal of automated, twice-monthly code releases, significantly reduced infrastructure operation overhead, and a scalable, secure, cost-efficient pay-per-use platform.
