emite, a real-time and historical data aggregation and analytics platform for contact centers, faced the challenge of scaling its platform to meet rising demand and support future growth. To overcome this complexity and accelerate onboarding, emite partnered with DNX Solutions for a strategic re-platforming project, moving its operations from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to AWS.

DNX Solutions implemented a collaborative, wave-based migration of 145 virtual machines to a modern AWS architecture. The solution utilized services including Amazon RDS and OpenSearch, with security and multi-tenancy built-in from the start. As a result, emite established a stronger cloud foundation, expecting a 39.6% reduction in operating cost per tenant and achieving faster, more predictable customer onboarding with improved platform reliability and security.
