Big Red Group’s challenge to create a new infrastructure for multiple unique brands

Big Red Group (BRG) faced a challenge after acquiring new brands, as they were left maintaining multiple, disparate infrastructures and data models that were difficult to manage and report on. They engaged cloud consultant DNX Solutions to build a secure, simple-to-use infrastructure as a service on AWS and to leverage microservices for agile delivery.

DNX Solutions designed and implemented a secure infrastructure-as-code solution using the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) in TypeScript. The project included an AWS foundation, an application platform, and application blueprints with full CI/CD pipelines. This provided BRG's team with a maintainable, unified infrastructure and the knowledge to deploy and manage their own applications, enabling continuous delivery and more robust code.
