Microdesk is a consulting firm serving the architectural, engineering, construction and facilities industries with business-process, IT and software solutions (including GIS and facilities management). They wanted to re‑imagine their website to better communicate their unique value proposition, showcase their expert consulting team, and build an online community to improve customer support and retention.

Working with a DNN partner, Microdesk launched a new site on Evoq Engage using social profiles, Blogs and the Answers feature. The site put the consulting team front-and-center, enabled searchable Q&A for support, and published SEO-friendly content that drove new visitors — resulting in stronger customer engagement, easier support resolution and positive feedback from both staff and customers.
