DNN Helps Furniture Manufacturer Build Strong New Ties to Consumers, Retailers

Bush Industries, a long-established U.S. manufacturer of office, home and home-office furniture that historically sold through big-box retailers, decided to engage consumers directly to influence purchase decisions and give retailers an accessible source of product information. The company needed a new B2C website that could present multiple brands and micro-sites, support complex, high-consideration purchases, and streamline transactions between consumers and retail partners.

Working with Illuminati Studios, Bush implemented a DNN Evoq Content portal with Avatar Software Search Boost and Engage Employment modules to deliver a visually rich, multi-portal site and micro-sites (e.g., student, QTA, Office Connect). The solution was built rapidly (main site in two months, micro-sites in about a month each), tightly integrated with retail supply chains, improved product discovery and customer experience, and provided actionable customer/retailer data to continually refine site content.
