Cell Phone Company Makes Clearer Connections with Customers Using DNN

Koodo Mobile is a Canadian mobile carrier launched in 2008 whose website is its primary customer communications channel. The original site was built on basic HTML and lacked search, French-language support and the flexible tools needed for quick content updates, making it hard for customers to find answers and for staff to manage and extend the site.

Koodo implemented the DNN Evoq Content WCMS to rebuild and reskin its Help section, add robust search (via Google Custom Search), enable content staging and granular workflows, and simplify URL handling. The new site makes it easier for customers to self-serve (reducing support requests), increases successful search use, streamlines content publishing with role-based permissions, and gives Koodo a simple, extensible platform with positive customer feedback.
