Wholesale Millwork, Inc., a Seaford, DE–based distributor of millwork products with 25 users across five locations, faced problems tracking informal pricing requests: reps wrote quotes on notepads, lost details when customers called back, and often had to recreate orders—especially if the original rep was unavailable. To solve this, Wholesale Millwork implemented DMSi Software’s Agility (SaaS Hosted) system and adopted its OrderPad feature in December 2010.
DMSi Software’s OrderPad lets reps quickly build product lists with job-specific pricing, save quotes centrally in Agility, and convert lists to sales orders with one or two clicks (including via the Agility mobile app). The solution improved speed and accuracy of quotes, gave team-wide visibility into special pricing across all 25 users and five locations, reduced rework, and enabled faster quote-to-order turnaround without re-entering data.
