Web-Don, Inc., a Charlotte, NC–based laminate and countertop distributor with 48 users across five locations, needed an industry-specific accounting system with deeper laminate functionality to improve customer service and inventory handling. A long‑time DMSi Software customer since 1997, Web-Don sought the Agility solution (SaaS hosted) for enhanced laminate features such as cut processing and rebate management.

DMSi Software implemented Agility in 2008 as a hosted SaaS solution, giving Web-Don real-time multi‑location inventory visibility, automated cut sheets to reduce wasted material, and electronic rebate reporting that produces credits in the same month instead of manual delays. The Agility deployment reduced inventory waste and staff time on rebate and server maintenance, improved picking and counting processes, and scaled across Web-Don’s five locations with 48 users.
