Concannon Lumber, a Portland-based supplier of softwood, hardwood, plywood and millwork, had been using the Agility system for a decade but had grown complacent and wasn’t leveraging newer features. To address this, DMSi Software (via consultant Cindy McCarville) was engaged to evaluate processes and identify opportunities to get more value from Agility.

DMSi Software conducted a two-day onsite utilization audit, delivered a prioritized report and coached staff through changes—implementing automated processing, scheduled overnight sales reports, journal entry imports, customized order-entry screens and dashboard best practices. The result: major productivity gains (weekly report processing dropped from about 1.5 hours to 5 minutes), elimination of manual recurring entries, faster access to sales data, and a more engaged staff prepared to use Agility more effectively.
