Bridgewell Resources, a global wholesale distributor based in Tigard, OR, faced growing pain in its Contractor Direct division when large, complex contracts required frequent changes to delivery dates, quantities and invoicing. The tool delivered immediate benefits: admins could perform quality control from day one, buyers now handle many changes directly, contract accuracy and visibility improved, and Bridgewell gained the operational confidence and scalability to pursue much larger 5,000–6,000‑product-line contracts.
