RGR Garages, a Ford dealership in Cranfield, struggled with two prior dealer management systems that didn’t fit its complex, multi-department operations (new and used sales, petrol forecourt and shop, aftersales, service, car hire and van preparation). The dealership needed a DMS that could handle high vehicle volumes, provide accurate daily operating figures, be fully tailorable, and avoid unpredictable development/interface charges—needs that led them to DMS Navigator (the Navigator DMS).
