Virgin - Customer Case Study

Virgin Red partnered with DMI to build a single, mobile-first loyalty platform that would unify customer experiences across the Virgin group. The challenge was to create a scalable, cross-channel app that encourages frequent engagement, rewards positive behaviours across multiple Virgin brands, and supports personalised offers and experiences.

DMI led strategy, UX, visual design and prototyping, co-designing the Virgin Red product through user research, rapid prototypes and testing and implementing a flexible architecture. The resulting app seamlessly integrates with Virgin’s backend, CRM and payment systems, delivers personalised, targeted rewards and discounts, encourages repeat activity and discovery across Virgin brands, and enables Virgin to gather consumer insights and trends.
