Novartis engaged DMI to deliver a consistent, high-quality mobile experience for multiple over-the-counter brands within Novartis Consumer Health. DMI was tasked with creating a scalable mobile solution/framework and building mobile sites (for example, Prevacid 24HR) to meet brand and user expectations.
DMI implemented a standardized, scalable mobile framework by working across business, brand and IT groups, improving mobile processes, and applying unified development strategies and roadmaps. As a result, DMI launched three scalable mobile sites within six months and delivered the solution at significantly reduced cost to brand teams compared with other alternatives.
