Aerosoles, a shoe retailer with more than 40 years of online and in-store sales, needed to recharge its brand by unifying and improving the customer experience across channels and scaling for future growth. DMI was engaged to deliver an omnichannel commerce strategy that would connect online, mobile, call center and in-store touchpoints and support a mobile‑first approach.
DMI implemented a centralized commerce architecture including an Oracle Commerce implementation, a responsive mobile‑first storefront, and integration with its OrderSync OMS to unify order data, enable call‑center ordering, and support store‑and‑warehouse fulfillment. Delivered in seven months with 16 third‑party integrations, the solution gave Aerosoles real‑time inventory visibility, flexible fulfillment options, guided search/navigation, and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
