Franprix, a major French food and beverage retailer, faced challenges with its obsolete and cumbersome in-store ordering process, which made it difficult to maintain optimal stock levels and limited visibility of its product range. To address these issues and increase shelf availability, Franprix partnered with the vendor DJUST to implement a high-performance replenishment platform.

The innovative solution from DJUST provided an intuitive, mobile-friendly ordering tool that streamlined the replenishment process. This gave shops access to real-time data, product recommendations, and promotional tracking directly from the shelf. The results were highly positive, with 100% of orders now placed on the platform, an immediate improvement in stock holdings, and over 200 additional products ordered on average during the first use. The DJUST platform's success has also become a key selling point for attracting new franchisees.
