An easy to use and detailed online trading system that is designed with usability in mind

Zurich Cantonal Bank engaged Divio to move its desktop trading application to a web-based Forex and Precious Metals platform. The bank’s challenge was to rework the product to improve usability and user flows while preserving the refreshed corporate identity and meeting the needs of business users on the trading floor.

Divio delivered a research-driven redesign: workshops and user observation, persona development, an HTML click-through prototype that let the back-end team start development earlier, iterative user testing, and integration into the bank’s online styleguide and modular front-end templates. The Divio-built platform improved usability, maintained corporate identity, received very positive user feedback, and has proven to be a valuable trading tool for Zurich Cantonal Bank’s clients.
