Grass Warehouse, the online-only subsidiary of Walton Flooring Centre, needed a way to offer interest-free credit that matched its in-store service level and user experience. After trialling multiple lenders that either redirected customers off-site or had low acceptance rates (around 50%), Grass Warehouse sought a partner such as DivideBuy to provide a seamless interest-free payment option integrated into its checkout.

DivideBuy implemented its interest-free credit solution (proof of concept in March 2020, full rollout by April), automating applications and keeping customers on-site for a smoother UX. The DivideBuy integration drove immediate results: sales jumped 30%, conversion rose by over 2%, site visitors increased 7% (average daily traffic +1.54–2.22%), equating to about 63 extra orders per day and an additional £30,000 in sales—with peaks of roughly £120k per day during a month-long surge.
