WebMD, a leading provider of health information services, faced a challenge when its New York City facilities could not support its growing business. They needed a new space that could accommodate their team and technology requirements, particularly for a central atrium called the Garden which was required to host large town hall meetings. Diversified was engaged to provide a solution involving digital signage and conferencing capabilities.

Diversified implemented a comprehensive solution centered around a twenty-foot-long video display in the Garden, supported by multiple additional displays and an audio system. These were powered by ClearOne’s View Pro digital signage system to share company information and stream events. The solution also included a conference center with numerous huddle and meeting rooms equipped for collaboration. Diversified helped create a versatile space that serves diverse business groups and provides a place for associates to collaborate and unwind, with most AV equipment housed centrally for easy maintenance.
