The Washington Nationals, in partnership with another MLB team, faced the challenge of installing a new video coaching system based on the BATS platform across their shared spring training facility. The project required Diversified to integrate IP and PTZ cameras on all practice fields while the teams were actively preparing for the season, all while ensuring the system supported two independent coaching platforms and addressed stringent security concerns.

Diversified worked closely with all stakeholders to successfully coordinate the camera installation, feeding video back to a central control room and into the BATS platform.
