Radford University needed a modern clinical observation and recording system for its new behavioral sciences building to enhance education and research. The challenge was to create a secure system for live observation and recorded video review that complied with HIPAA requirements. They turned to the vendor Diversified for a solution involving integrated IP cameras, servers, and control software.

Diversified designed and built a comprehensive solution with cameras, servers, microphones, and control interfaces across more than 20 rooms. The system included user-based permission software and a unique "Kill Switch" for security. As a result, Radford University's college is now home to an innovative, secure system for video capture and collaborative interaction that advances its academic and research applications.
