Phillip Island Nature Parks creates an interactive Antarctic experience with Diversified

Phillip Island Nature Parks needed a bespoke audio visual integration solution for their Nobbies Centre to create an interactive and interpretive Antarctic Journey experience for visitors. The challenge was to integrate an array of hardware, including large screen projections and interactive touch screens, with special infrared detectors. Diversified was commissioned to design and install this system using Watchout by Dataton software.

Diversified implemented a solution using Panasonic projectors and Samsung displays alongside a Medialon Control system to integrate the interactive infrared triggers. This allowed the system to play prerecorded whale songs and create an augmented reality area where visitors could see themselves in a virtual Antarctic environment. Diversified's bespoke programming provided a highly interactive and personalized experience for the centre's guests.
