Pentagon Federal Credit Union rolls out 57-room HQ collaboration solution with Diversified

Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed) faced the challenge of relocating its headquarters to a new space that would allow for future scaling and growth. They engaged the vendor Diversified early in the process to consult on the technology costs and investments that would impact their location decision.

Diversified provided a comprehensive solution, engaging in the engineering-level design of the new space, which incorporated AV, collaboration systems, and a Skype for Business migration. They tested systems at a smaller office before deploying them in the new headquarters, which featured 57 integrated rooms. As a result, PenFed opened its world-class headquarters, and Diversified continues to support them with an on-premise technician. This successful partnership led PenFed to award Diversified additional technology contracts for several other locations.
