The National Basketball Association (NBA) engaged Diversified to consolidate its NBA Entertainment production operations from two separate facilities into a single, modernized space. The challenge was to complete this complex renovation and system deployment quickly to ensure the new facility would be fully operational for the upcoming basketball season.

Diversified implemented a comprehensive solution featuring 16 edit rooms, specialized game rooms for international rebroadcasting, and a centralized ingest and archive system. A key component was a massive high-speed area network (HSAN) tied to video servers at every NBA arena, enabling the capture of every camera view from every game. The project resulted in a consolidated, state-of-the-art facility that handles high-demand production activity, systematically logs all games with rich metadata, and preserves the league's extensive historical archive with 300 petabytes of offline storage. Diversified successfully delivered a system that met the aggressive deadline and provided ample room for future growth.
