The customer, Mitsubishi, faced a challenge with outdated and disparate collaboration technology at its U.S. headquarters. The boardroom, in particular, could not adequately accommodate its large meetings, making it impossible for all participants to properly see and hear presentations. Mitsubishi turned to the vendor, Diversified, for a solution to transform these spaces into a technology showpiece.

Diversified implemented a custom solution featuring individual LCD displays and microphones that rise from the table at each seat. They integrated multiple PTZ cameras to seamlessly bring remote attendees into the meeting and added a control room with a one-way mirror for support. The result was a transformative conference center that allows for global, immersive collaboration, ensuring all participants can truly contribute. Diversified delivered a system with seamless back-ups and additional technology in overflow rooms.
