Georgia Tech builds a 4 x 2 video wall lab with Diversified

Georgia Tech's Montreuil Lab, led by Dr. Benoit Montreuil, required a sophisticated and ergonomic collaborative classroom to support research into innovative methodologies and technologies. The challenge was to create a visually stunning space that fostered collaboration, allowing users to seamlessly access and interact with data from both local sources and the institution's server farm. Diversified was engaged to provide the integrated audiovisual solution.

Diversified implemented a solution centered around a Planar 4x2 video wall managed by a video processor and a robust video-over-IP routing system using SVSi encoders and decoders. The system was complemented by interactive SMART Boards, NEC displays, Epson projectors, and an AMX Control System for managing content, lighting, and shades. This expertly integrated system from Diversified provides Dr. Montreuil's team with creative access to information, fostering a highly effective collaborative environment for groundbreaking research and development.
